About the property…

Chalet Ellambra is a new 3-storey chalet (delivered in 2025) at the end of a quiet residential street. It can accommodate up to 12 guests (including 10 adults) thanks to its five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Once past the entrance hall, which has storage space, you will find three double bedrooms on the ground floor, all opening onto a flat garden with a wooden terrace. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and toilets, while the third includes a bath, separate WCs and a second private balcony.

A secondary entrance on the garden level is very practical in winter, as it leads directly into the ski room. The bedroom on this floor is perfect for up to six children, with a double bed and two bunk beds. It is connected by a corridor to a shower room, separate toilet, steam room and sauna.

On this floor you'll also find a comfortable cinema room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The top floor is dedicated to the living area, which is spacious and very bright thanks to full-height windows and doors opening onto the balcony. The lounge area, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, is separated from the dining table by a central fireplace. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, a coffee machine and a breakfast bar.

This floor includes another double bedroom, with its private shower room, along with separate WCs.

Several vehicles can be parked outside the chalet.

About the area…

Built in a quiet residential area less than 5km from Combloux, Chalet Ellambra is ideally situated for exploring the Mont-Blanc massif.

The village of Combloux is part of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, along with neighbouring Megève, Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines. The Espace Diamant (Praz-sur-Arly, Bellecombe, Crest-Voland, Flumet and Les Saisies) is just a 30-minute drive away. Chalet Ellambra is 1.5km (seven minutes drive) from the piste at La Cry, and 6.5km (10 minutes drive) from Télécabine La Princesse at Megève.

Experienced skiers who want to try night skiing should head for the Vallée Blanche – a 23km run with a 2,000m vertical drop, linking the Aiguille du Midi to the Mer de Glace. However, you'll need a guide to enjoy this extraordinary experience, under the light of the full moon.

Other winter activities available within a short drive of the chalet include dog sledding and snowshoe trekking. Adrenalin-seekers can enjoy ice climbing, via ferrata and paragliding.

In summer, the region becomes a favourite with hikers and cyclists. Set off to explore the Argentière glacier, or the Baroque Trail, a 20km path between Combloux and Les Contamines-Montjoie that passes some of the region's most beautiful Baroque buildings. If you're lucky, you might even spot some marmots!

The artificial lake at Combloux is an ecological paradise fed by mountain streams and surrounded by wild flowers. Take a picnic and relax with a view of Mont Blanc, while the children enjoy the play area. There is also a restaurant.
